Acceptable use
Accounts may not be used to distribute malware, to infringe copyright, or to attack third-party systems. We suspend accounts that do, and we act on well-formed abuse reports.
Service levels
Paid plans target 99.95% monthly availability of the delivery layer. Credits are issued against the affected month on request.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Prepaid balances are refunded pro rata.
Liability
Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
